I have had the privilege of steering well-known brands such as Tesco, Threshers, Superdrug, Bathstore, Bounty, Wilko, Howdens, Homebase, and RM Resources through intricate market landscapes. Each company brought unique challenges that demanded a blend of agility, focus, and deep expertise.
My approach is both strategic and holistic. I don’t just focus on immediate wins. I develop 3-5 year business strategies that drive sustained growth and ensure that every marketing initiative aligns seamlessly with broader company objectives. I have managed marketing budgets ranging from a few million to £23 million and led teams from small groups of 6 with external agency support to global functions including 8 heads and a team of up to 80.
